Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
SMPS Connecticut's aim is to create a diverse and equitable environment for our members. Our mission is to expand SMPS Connecticut’s existing membership base, increase chapter participation to include more marketing and technical professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds and bring awareness to disparities within our state and industry, with action to cultivate a diverse and equitable environment.
SMPS Connecticut has a dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Taskforce which sets DEI best practices and goals for our chapter and works with our Board of Directors and committees to implement them. Learn how you can get involved here.
