Are you ready to take your coaching skills to the next level? Let us teach you how to coach The Graceworks Way®. We’ll equip you with advanced skills to educate, motivate, and bring out the best in your presentation teams.

You’ll explore how to:

  • Coach individuals and teams on delivery
  • Strategize and develop optimum content (story and graphics)
  • Lead a proven Presentation Preparation Process, including helping your teams practice, as well as preparing for Q&A

We’ll begin by laying a quick foundation of The Human Connection® — how do you equip your team to become more comfortable and connect with their audience? Then, we’ll share our presentation preparation process, so you’ll have a plan to tackle your shortlist interview. We'll share the big-ticket game changers when it comes to coaching, including body language, speaking with individuals rather than the screen, etc. Finally, we’ll cover how to coach from the inside out. Coaching from the inside out helps presenters focus on the right things, which fosters confidence, authenticity and real passion.

Welcome to Coach U! is a high-energy mini-version of our Three-Day Train the Coach program. We introduce foundational concepts that will help attendees go home and make the biggest and quickest improvements to their shortlist presentations. The session is interactive with dialogue, questions, answers and discussion.
