With virtual conferences becoming the new normal, do you find yourself reluctant to attend? Have you hosted a virtual booth and no one stopped by? Many industry professionals are facing this dilemma.  Join SMPS CT to have a conversation about the ways we can successfully navigate this new way of networking.

Attendees should come prepared to:
  1. Interact with other participants with their mic and camera turned on.
  2. Answer questions and engage in polls to establish a baseline.
  3. Particiapte in a discussion centered around the below topics.
Discussion topics to include:
  • What do you hope to gain from participation in this open forum?
  • Recreating in-person moments/experiences in a virtual setting.
  • Virtual trade show grievances.
  • Virtual trade show success stories.
  • Video utilization and other virtual booth ideas.
  • Social media integration.
  • Raffle participation and swag.
  • Tips to give someone new to virtual trade shows.

1:00 PM to 1:30 PM - Welcome, program overview, and goals of discussion
1:30 PM to 2:20 PM - Polls, open forum, and brainstorming on discussion topics (listed above)

2:20 PM to 2:30 PM - Summary of discussion and closing remarks
