How to Focus in a World of Distraction

In this interactive, 1.5 hour workshop participants will discover ways to reclaim their distracted brains and work toward rediscovering the benefits of Focus.

In a world where interruptions are the norm and daily activities are derailed this program is designed to provide practical tips and techniques to help one zone in rather than tune out. By identifying who and what is a distraction is an important first step. A second step is learning how to manage the distractions so that they don't sabotage you.

Lastly, this program debunks the often praised myth of multitasking and provides sane alternatives to "doing it all" to "doing it well."

Objectives and Outcomes:
Provide simple (not easy) tips to help manage distractions. Introduce the benefit of being more deliberate and mindful at work and at home.

Who can benefit from attending:
Marketers, managers, project managers, and all those who are seeking ways to cope, manage and find focus in a distracted world.
